Michelin-starred chef Bert Meewis and his partner Karlijn Libbrecht of Restaurant Slagmolen also opted for Rosval. In early 2015, Restaurant Slagmolen – which carries two Michelin stars – added an orangery for parties.
Bert and Karlijn opted to have the whole concept implemented by a single company. After visiting our company, they soon decided that Rosval was the one with all the know-how to achieve this.
Implementation
Bert opted for innovation, whereas Karlijn chose efficiency. Naturally, this perfectly matched Rosval’s DNA, resulting in seamless worktops, rounded stainless steel skirting boards, LED lighting incorporated into the worktops, and cooling units without rubber sealing, Rosval Easy-Cooling®.
